Shipping policy

FULFILMENT + SHIPPING POLICIES:

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be notified via the email address provided when placing your order, with your shipping information. 

Shipping delays with couriers may be experienced, which is beyond XII Eighteens control. Your patience is appreciated. 

Holiday Shipping  (November 15th - January 1st):

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing prior to shipment. 

XII Eighteen relinquishes all responsibility ‘’for items lost or damaged while in transit.

If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with xii eighteen.  If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, xii eighteen is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
