Once your order has been processed, please allow 3 business days for shipping. All Shipping is Monday - Friday. XII Eighteen relinquishes all responsibility for items lost or damaged while in transit. Once we receive your return, your items will be reviewed to ensure the items are eligible for return. Upon approval, you will receive a store credit to be used towards a future purchase, within 60 days. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed. xii eighteen reserves the right to deny any credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with xii eighteen. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, xii eighteen is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
All Vintage items and special price / sale items are final sale (no exceptions). These carefully curated, second hand pieces are one of a kind. Vintage pieces have been carefully selected and inspected for imperfections. With any of our items, there may be color variations as a result of the selected lighting used during photographing the piece(s). Please review sizing and item details prior to purchasing. XII Eighteen offers store credit for items in new and unworn condition in original packaging with tags attached. All return shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.
