TERMS + CONDITIONS
By completing a purchase with XII Eighteen, you understand and agree to the following:
I understand that Special Price items are Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged
I understand that shipping and billing address must be the same or the order will be canceled (XII Eighteen can not make any changes to the shipping address)
I understand that no changes can be made after an order has been placed. Order errors will result in order cancellation.
I understand that order processing can take up to 5 business days, prior to shipping. (Excluding Holiday Shipping, which may take up to 7 business days prior to shipping)
I understand and agree to all processing time, shipping and return policies
I understand there are no adjustments of prices
I understand actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors and phone screens displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently.
I understand that XII Eighteen is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages
I understand that XII Eighteen has sole discretion to cancel an order at anytime
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn / unused items to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
FINAL SALE /FLASH SALE / SPECIAL PRICE items cannot be returned.
RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
All returned items are inspected before an Exchange/Store Credit/Refund can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, unused and unwashed condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
Items for return must be sent back in original plastic packaging in order to be considered for store credit. Items sent back without appropriate packaging will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email.
Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:
- Damaged / Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Wrong Items / Missing: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
If you would like to exchange an item due to being damaged/defective OR due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization within 7 days after the package is received. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2-3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage.
If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund.
Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.
No changes will be made once an order has been placed.
